My wife found Phyllis during a quick internet search when she decided to plan our first family vacation to Disney World and didn’t know where to start as this was our first vacation since we had our little ones. Phyllis was so helpful, personable, and we will definitely be using her services again for our next family vacation.
Really 4 1/2 stars (no one is perfect).... Phyllis did an awesome job...everything was discussed and taken care of so our first cruise went very smoothly. We will definitely be a returning customer, why not....it didn’t cost us anything and all our questions were answered and we didn’t have to book anything, it was all done for us.
Tried to get ideas for a fun vacation.... Phyllis wouldn't even listen to what I wanted. All she said was she wasn't a fit for me. Guess you have to be a certain class for her to even hear what you are saying.
Phyllis was amazing! Very knowledgeable about Disney, made the trip easy and enjoyable. She handled flights, resort, & car rental. Any time I called with a question she answered right away
Phyllis couldn't have made it any easier to plan our honeymoon. With her insight and suggestions our planning went very smoothly. She answered any and all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. Not only is she very knowledgeable, but very sweet and caring. We had the time of our lives. If you're planning on a vacation, I would highly recommend working with Phyllis!
