My rating pertains strictly to customer pickup. I had no problem with the equipment itself. Since I live on an island and the delivery charge would have been $80, I decided to pick the equipment up myself. The pickup address was in an apartment building near Aurora, and the equipment was left outside in an alcove with no security whatsoever.
