We are super disappointment with Jerry/rebecca from travelhome RV. We purchased our travel trailer last fall (2023) Jerry was far from friendly and extremely pushy. Not only did they sell us a trailer with a 2 year expired battery but refused to answer my calls/call us back. If there was a zero star option that would have been giving.
Not a good place to fix. Spent a ton of money for a fix that took forever to get done and when it was finally done the job was not ok.
I was so excited to buy our first pop up trailer and thought we had hit the jackpot with travelhome but it soon faded when we picked up our trailer drove it home with the roof rack not even secured to the actual trailer!!!(1) Took it home opened it up and the tention wire falls right off, it was not installed properly. (2) The outside canvas was completely dirty when we opened it(3).. so many other little things that they never followed up with! Warning! Buyer beware Zero stars are not available so I’ve clicked only 1 star Warning! Buyer beware! Do not buy warranty’s from these guys!
