We bought a heartland cyclone 4005 from Tony, it was marketed and we were told it was a 2022 model year and that it was a bank owned unit because the person who owned it previously had died. No one bothered to explain upfront exactly how long it would take to get the paperwork to register the unit, it ended up being approximately 2 1/2 months.
