While this agent had nothing to do with this case, I would NEVER recommend Travelers insurance to anyone. They started work on a claim (hail found during home inspection). As soon as I signed papers to close, they decided they were going to stop repairs. AFTER A YEAR, my attorney got the work started again, but now, going on 2 YEARS later, they are shorting the estimates by $1500-$3500 unless I spend $5k and take them all the way to court. I wouldn't give this insurance company a dime, they are scam artists!!! Go figure.
