"It's absolutely true" !!! There a "Feel good I have Insurance Company" that will collect your monies, but should you need there service , "FORGET IT" !!! Save yourself from regret, and problems and pain..."If I really HATED YOU...I would tell you to go to "Traveler's" knowing that it would NOT be in Your best Interest" !!! Also ...have noticed, I AM NOT alone" ????
Worst Insurance company you can deal with!!! Absolutely no customer service!!
Absolutely the worst customer service department in the auto insurance industry. These guys make Allstate look good, and they're terrible in their own right. 6 times I've called for an updated car insurance binder in the last hour, every time either there was no lienholder or it never faxed. Go with anyone but Travelers.
The worst customer service transfer you and never pick up the phone an absolute joke for a company of this size
