Terrible experience.. took a 100 deposit for my service dog which is not legal.. dirty room from construction dust.. the elevator quit... no coffee in the morning.. no shower curtain and no place to hang clothes as the 3d floor rooms where he put me is under construction.. Just bullshit..then he kept my 100 bucks on top of the room charge..
