Never even filed a claim and they dropped me, if you’re a customer of theirs count your days, because they’ll take your money for years and then find any made up excuse to leave you high and dry to avoid ever having to actually help you
Travelers basically tried to punish me for submitting a roof claim. The process was unsettling and then my next policy doubled. It was difficult to switch because of my claim. (Which is odd because it was my only claim in 6 years and the roof was now new) then the next year it doubled again. My policy was 3 times the amount I was able to get from anywhere else. I was finally able to switch out.
Unfortunately I was involved in two car accidents in 2024, in both situations my cars were totaled. I had no issues with my claim nor the medical or vehicle payments.
