No one bothered to tell me they don't accept insurance until my consultation was over and prescriptions had been written. As a service provided by VVMC which does accept my insurance (so does the VVMC Urgent Care next door) I never thought to ask. I ended up paying $150 for something I could have had my insurance cover 100%. 2 stars because they were helpful and friendly when it came to vaccination advice but that doesn't make me feel any less taken advantage of.
