Ask the counseling my insurance it took Travelers over a month to send me the balance of my insurance coverage. Very unprofessional company.

Terrible, the adjuster Jeff is the worst! He does not communicate with you. You have to follow up many times. I will submit a complaint to consumer affairs. We had a flood in the basement due to a power outage. I provided all the evidence and called the insurance. They assigned Jeff, who did not even bother to come. He called me via a Zoom call to assess the damage. Then, after a few follow-up calls, he stated that the sump pump is not covered, when clearly the plumber said the sump pump is fine.
