They are horrible. They do not care at about your situation and or the situation you were placed in. They kept putting words in my mouth and telling me how the incident occurred. They were not at the scene and couldn't even get the roads right in the claim and couldn't understand how the roads were connected. They just take the word of the company they insure with no proof without doing any real investigation and figuring out what really happened. Caring, understanding, and professional are the words I would use to describe the folks that helped me.
One of their policy holders hit my son's car. We filed a claim with their insurance,Travelers. The first agent we were assigned to had approved us for $45/day on a rental, then we were transferred to a different agent and that person dropped the approved daily amount to $35. My son is 6'1", a big man that's why we have a Durango. He can't fit in the Camry that was approved and they refused to cover something bigger that my son can fit behind the wheel in. Great job phasing out a department for A.I. controlled calls, i don't want to be talking to a computer. How is "phasing out" those employees, they have anywhere to go or you just letting them go since you are such a big corporation.
Horrible insurance company. Do not use them for home owners. They don't cover anything
