I no longer recommend Travelers Insurance especially for your home. I was treated very rudely and disrespectfully by an adjuster with very little help from his manager. It took 6 months for my claim to be processed. The adjuster kept taking time off. The customer experience was like being punished for having to file a claim and I pay a large premium for this coverage. My customer satisfaction with Travelers =zero. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If you are their customer, you are their mark. Found them backdating a letter to us. Keep an eye on your coverage if you're in an area that had any sort of unusual weather...you might just get dropped without warning.
Made a huge mistake switching to travelers, they’ll drop you for no reason even if you pay them year after year and never file a single claim
Worst insurance experience I've ever had to deal with. This company will do anything to get out of paying a claim, no matter how low in morals they have to go. Purposely witholding information that would help you get paid. Awful people.
