We filed a claim about our garage ceiling collapsing do to some type of moisture.This company, I will not cover one single thing, we have to pay out if pocket to cover the damages. They are about taking your money and not giving out anything. This was our first claim we been with them for 4 years. We will be canceling our policy
I would rather give Travelers a negative number if I could and I would recommend that no one uses this company for automotive insurance. My vehicle broke down in a 7 11 parking lot and waited almost five hours for two service. Travelers contacted two companies to provide the tow service and 90 minutes into waiting for the first company they cancelled.
