Horrible! Nothing but bullies who think they are above state laws. The local appraiser is also a inconsiderate jerk.
Raise my rate from 202 to 316 with zero notice. When I asked to break down the rate change they said they don't have that information. I asked who did they said you'll have to speak to the commissioner. I asked for that persons number and was told to use the internet. I asked if customers can talk to that person and they said we don't have that knowledge. So zero transparency. This has to be illegal or just corporate greed.
A person with Travelers totalled my car over two months ago (ten weeks!), which started the most grueling insurance process I've ever endured. They wasted weeks of my time coming up with a quote only to low-ball me, so I then had to go through my own insurance just to get full value. I received a rental from them, but it was only given to me for a month so I had to pay out of pocket while waiting to get compensated for my car. Do not recommend at all. Mark Mundford I just had the same experience. Sitting at a red light and get side swiped by their insured. Now saying they didn’t do the damage. Car has no damage anywhere but where the lady hit. The adjuster told me to go through my own insurance and hung up on me too.
