One of the worst insurance companies. Their clients who hit your car and they won’t take fault for anything. The lady already hit me and then sat there and said there’s no damage we can leave Ain’t no time to waste sitting outside. Then filed the claim to immediately get denied saying they can’t get their police report through their third-party company instead of actually going to the Police Department and getting the police report. Travelers is bar none one of the shadiest insurance companies I’ve ever been forced to deal with after one of their insurees hit me and they refused to make whole on the damage. Literally ignoring emails lol, scumbags.
