Have been with Travelers for the last 5 years and am very satisfied with them.
I gave them a cc for auto pay and the cc got compromised. It was the only company that had the cc information. when you try to speak with someone at the company you get the run around. I tried to give them another cc to use and they never applied it to my premium. No customer service, no compassion, no ethics AVOID this company at all costs
