needed my car towed to the repair shop. Got connected immediatly with the tow company. Said 30 mins to an hour. over 5 hours later I cancelled the tow.
Insurance companies are such scams. Loss my entire upstairs bathroom, including damage to my upstairs hall and living room below bathroom and they won't even give me 1/2 of what is needed. Stay away from Travelers insurance if you don't want to get cheated. I haven't had a working bathroom since February 2025. They're willing to pay loss of use and for a forensics electrical engineer to travel from TEXAS to investigate what my electrician says needs to be done, but not give me a reasonable payment for the bathroom, hall floo... read more
I am so disappointed in Travelers and their practices. Bought a home 3 years ago. Had the inspection and everything was fine, just 2 minor things that needed fixing. Fast forward to Dec 2024 & Travelers sends a 3rd party out to do an inspection. Inspection is done & I hear nothing after that. Then in March 2025 I get a letter from my mortgage company saying Travelers is going to drop my policy due to non repair of 3 things stated in the inspection report from Dec. Absolute scam of a company. I canceled my homeowners policy over a year and a half ago, only to find out that travelers reinstated my policy without my knowlegde or signature on their own. Been paying for 2 homeowners policies this past year. It has been an absolute NIGHTMARE getting them to send the refund from their mistake. They have admitted they were in the wrong, Im in contact with the company holding my policy and they even say that Travelers are INCOMPETENT!
