Worst company to get ahold of wait for a few hours just to get put on hold
Worst Workers Company Insurance Company EVER !!!!! They just keep sending bills and wanting more and more money, Watch out, they will cancel your policy if you don't respond and never even make 1 single phone call to you before they cancel your policy.
Bought a house in 2020. Rate was $1700/year. After 4 years of hikes it was $6000. Called them and they just said "that's what happening to home insurance rates." What's happening is you just jack up the rates every year until we notice. Dishonest.
Absolutely disgusting !! We went to the office for a reclaim so we went to reception and called on the landline that was there because that was our only option. And we were in the middle of the call and a guy from the office came out first and asked if we needed help and we kindly said that we were fine because we were finally getting help on our reclaim. He understood and let us continue our call. But then 10 minutes later another guy came out and he asked my dad for the phone while we were in the MIDDLE of a call. And told... read more
