Two weeks ago my Grandpa hit the side of his truck on our shop. We called Travelers let them know what happened, so we did a claim on it. My Grandpa wanted to take his truck to a repair shop he trusts but NOOO!!! Travelers told him he has to take it to their repair shop (number one if you pay the insurance you can take your car anywhere you please. Number two it's illegal to say you have to take it to this place you can't pick). It's very upsetting the way everything was said and done

Slowly increased my rates 300$ a year to the point where my rate went from $1700 to $2900 without me knowing on a 1300sqft in a safe area. Requoted to $900 with another company. Sneaky and sleezy business practices!

I'd give a no-star rating if possible. One of their clients ran a red light and totaled my truck. It's been almost a month and a half and I never received a rental, had to do their adjusters job and take all the photos of damage to my truck, they undervalued my truck by almost $4,000, refuse to cover the stuff inside my truck that was destroyed, and talk to you on the phone in the most condescending way possible. NEVER USE TRAVELERS!! I was given verbal agreement for repairs on a roof from a storm. Over a year and 3 adjusters later I was given verbal authorization for the roof repair for an agreed upon amount and was told that payment would be sent “before the last nail is in”. 4 business days later and now I’m being told it could be 7-10 days before payment is sent!
