I canceled my insurance on 07/23/24 and they are still collecting my money through auto pay. No answer to mails, emails, phone calls. Finally I posted a comment on fb. They say in order for me to cancel my travellers insurance I have to present a new policy to them. No! I don't. First, I left a country and now I'm back. Second, I don't have intention to drive a car anymore, so no need to open a new insurance and present them my new policy. They continue stealing my money.

Wish there was no stars to give. My friend was being accused of hitting my neighbor's parked vehicle. Which was illegli parked. Anyway she has proof that it was not her and documents to show where she was the time this accident occurred. At first I was being blamed for hitting the car. The insurance company took it upon there selves to go ahead and fix the car that was hit through my friends policy. She was not found guilty of this at all. Don't do business with Traveler's Insurance. Have had renter's insurance with them for 30 years with no claims. The latest bill was $243 for basic renter's insurance. The quote from State Farm is $76 which is average. Makes me sick that we have been scammed for decades.
