Worked with travelenium to book a trip for Jamaica earlier this year. Our trip was canceled due to COVID. We had a hiccup with the company travelenium used to book our trip ( fun jet) Mike worked diligently to get out vouchers which to back and forth with fun jet for 11 1/2 months. My friend and I did not get the insurance, we were told if we canceled we would just get a voucher instead of money and I was ok with that since I knew I would be taking a trip regardless. Talked to an agent. Explained what I wanted. She said someone would call me back but no one did
We had a trip planned for the begging of the year and 90% of the group caught Covid and couldn’t go. Our agent let us know that we would have to pay a fee and the rest would be put in an account to use for later. I have tried to rebook a vacation since may and have been given the run around by my agent mike. He has since stop communicating with me and it’s almost the end of the year which I was told I had until the end of the year to use my voucher.
