ZERO! I rented a phone for the Dominican Republic. Upon arrival at my room in this massive resort I found my bed crawling with bed bugs between the sheets. It was 8 pm and no one was answering the front desk or customer service phones in the resort. I tried to call using the TravelCell phone following their instructions and got the message "this phone is only for emergency calls" and was disconnected.
