We just bought our first RV and the team at Travel Camp were amazing!! Chris in finance was wonderful. Very knowledgeable AND got us in and out in a timely manner. Sean and his team in service installed our distribution hitch and explained everything in such great detail! If I could give a minus star I would. This review is concerning a consignment issue. I consigned my motorhome with them in July 2023 and they sold the motorhome two months later (September). The loan on the motorhome was paid in full on October 23. Why it took so long to satisfy my loan is anybody's guess. Well, here it is November, and I STILL haven't received MY check for the equity from the sale and the payoff figure. The excuse I get is they're waiting for corporate to do their thing and that a restructuring is going on ... read more
Picked up our camper today. Dropped it off last weekend in July after having a tire blowout that severely damaged the trailer. Sean and the shop crew were a pleasure to work with.They were very professional in all aspects of explaining situations when they occurred such as waiting for parts. They were ahead of the original schedule by a month.I would give them an A-+ score for their service.
