The worst place to buy a camper once you buy you are forgotten they brought us a damaged camper saying their service apartment will fix it we’re talking about a dent in the back bumper and the fiberglass on top of that they didn’t have the keys for the camper and there wasn’t locks on the in the storage doors they sent a man out and he said he needed parts and was coming back haven’t heard or seen we bought this camper in July it’s almost September these people are crooks try looking for Fran Coursey and Sarah Coursey
very pleased with our new purchase. We we’re shopping around having trouble finding some one who would listen to my family needs but Gaylon made it easy and got me what I wonted. Will recommend them to my friends and family. Definitely will be back
This place has been a nightmare from the beginning. We went in knowing the exact RV we wanted to purchase so we didn't waste anyone's time. It was used so they agreed to replace the slide rubbers. The communication between the employees is non-existent. When we were told by the salesmen that the parts would be ordered, we would then be told by the parts department that the salesmen never gave them the go ahead to order it. Met a employee whom was informative. However, we walked through on our own which as questions came up, there was no one to answer. Needless to say I went else where.
We purchased a 2022 Thor 31WV in late June. I haven’t reviewed our purchase before now because I was trying to get all my issues resolved and I wanted to give them a fair shake if they did a good job of following through. You can see I gave them 1 star, so I guess you get it. The dealership here in Savannah had a full week after we bought this before we could pick it up due to a family situation.
