This is the absolute worst camping world we have ever dealt with by far. no ambition by any service employees to call and find where parts are. all it is, is a waiting game with these guys no one in service has the education for there job positions.they Cant give you any updates to when anything will be done or when your camper will be detailed as newer campers are priority on top of the ones that have been there two plus months. DO NOT shop for your next RV here. They will rip you off and god forbid you leave a deposit. They hold onto it for 2 weeks and just run you around before they process the return back to you.
Promised us 41,000 for a nice class a motor home got there they kept it over night and we set for 7 hours the next day to get a 25,000 offer then tried to get us to sell it to a whole seller for 20,000 never again will we go to them oh and they left the batteries on and killed the out
I got a call and a email of a guarantee for my class a motor home and I drove 2 hrs round trip for 2 days just to be told they would offer 20% of the lowest price. I’m a rv technician and I do insurance claims on RVs that catch fire. We rebuild them and have to remove sut and ashes. They quoted me 4 different offers and I totally wasted my time for 2 days.
