My Husband and I had just brough an RV and needed a dog bone(power cord); however, it was Saturday evening and every store we went to did not have one. One of the stores suggested we go to Travelcamp on Beach Blvd, which was right down the street from where we were; when we arrived, it was almost 6:00pm and the store closed at 5:00pm (store hours on door). Still being ignored Still getting the run around I deal with million dollar contracts every day here we are dealing with a couple thousand. I was shopping around for my first RV. I had decided to purchase a unit locally but things spiraled out of control quickly. I turned my sights to Travelcamp of Orange Park. I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism, courtesy and care. I was approved expeditiously and catered to while purchasing my unit. Not happy with this company. Purchased a new Raptor 351 Toy hauler in January of 2021 items that did not work from day one have still not been fixed after 3 trips back to the dealership . This last trip in for service has taken 3 weeks and the repairs are not complete yet. ( They say they need another 3 weeks) They sell you and then Treet you like dirt when it comes to warranty repairs.
Where do I start? From the time the RV caught my eye with catchy photos to them listing all the information about the unit, I was impressed. I sent one email asking about a few things and Christine Delk replied the very next morning! She not only made me feel like a valued customer but continues the service after the sale. Our second rental in as many months from Travel Camp!!! This time a Class A Motorhome. Huge thanks to Kirk Klosterman, the Rental Manager, for all his professional guidance and personal service. I bought a used rv from here oct 13 2021 traveled twice from nc to fla to pick it up repairs never fixed they finally delivered it on jan6 2022 things they promised to fix still not done and now I have no rear lights working cannot even get it inspected without spending more money and they will not even return my calls.. worse place to do business Run as fast and far as you can nothing but lies and empty promises.
