Great AC Repair Service (Thank you, Jay!)I took my RV to Jayco Brooksville to fix the AC, and the experience was excellent. The team was very professional, especially Jay in customer service, who provided top-notch service. They identified the issue quickly and got the system working perfectly.It is hard to find honest and efficient RV service centers, but they showed great technical knowledge and excellent customer service. The AC is now cooling perfectly. Highly recommended if you are in the Brooksville area!
Went to Jayco Brooksville with a few ideas and they made it happen. Charlie was so kind and helpful through the whole process! Jared explained everything clearly, kindly and made the overall process so much easier! Jonathan did the walk through and explained everything perfectly! The entire team was kind, and welcomed all of our many questions. Im very happy with the service received from this team of men.
The porter was blocking my way of entering, he would have had more room to move the rv if he would have let me pass. Then there is the showroom. They wasted so much space with the showroom there were no parts really. I mean they have a counter like in a car dealership but if you have to have a sign that apologizes for lack of service then there’s that! Parts dept for such a “destination “ store was awful. I would hate to be a tech there OMG!!!
Jay was very valuable called and gave me update and called to tell me that my unit was ready.He's a good team player very helpful.
