I had Charlie call me after I submitted a service request and he provided the kindest service as if I had bought a new rig from him. If they do that for a simple question on recalls I can’t imagine their service level for a purchase. I will absolutely upgrade with them when the time comes!
I purchased a used RV/camper from Camping World of Brooksville, FL in February 2026, and my experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. Zero ⭐️’s went to shop for either a fifth wheel or tow behind. This will be our first so we wanted to view different types to get an idea of what will work for us and go from there. Salesman stated “I don’t want to waste my time all day since I work on commission” ✌🏻 Say no more we left !!! No other customers were on site. With customer service like that I’m not surprised.
