Have just returned from one month away in my DC6 SLIDEON. We travelled south from Queensland to the Flinders Ranges in South Australia during what was called an 'Arctic blast' weather event. At times we were faced with howling winds, freezing temperatures and pouring rain. I can happily report that the Travelander coped with all these conditions with relative ease. We have a DC6, and we love it. Family of 4, so room for 2 kids and 2 adults under the same roof, on hard floor, folds up easy and don’t need to tow a camper!! . Got us all the way to Cape, through Tele Track, plus many other adventures. Great unique product. Highly recommend. Additionally the support from the crew from west campers has been great. Very helpful, friendly, and always willing to give you the advice and tips when you need it.
DC6 Travelander - For us, a great product with great service. We purchased our DC6 Travelander (from the new owners) in Feb 2022. We were thrilled with the quality of the manufactured product and since then, whenever we’ve needed advice and/or assistance, the service received from Lance, Adam and Blaine has been willing, helpful and comprehensive.
Had a DC5 and now a DC6 , great camper and great support from lance and Adam , nothing can beat it as we tow either a boat or float
We recently purchased a DC6, upgraded from a DC5. There were a couple of things that we wanted the same as our old DC5 and Adam and the team were very helpful and accommodating to get us what we wanted. To the stage the we really love our new DC6. I have to say I was very happy with their service.
