Just want to provide a shout out to our sales rep, Cowboy Jim. He carefully and methodically assisted Roger and I in our purchase of our brand new 2025 RV. Bought a 2022 keystone, verdict is still out whether or not traveland deserves a 5 star. Warrenty Services have been working hard on getting the work done, however, Jordon the sales manager implied we bought a lemon and that's our problem that we have to shell out and pay for. We bought a new trailer that had been sitting on the lot for 2 years, we will never do that again, not sure if we will ever go back to them again. Great staff and super friendly and helpful staff. They have helped me learn a lot about my trailer even though I bought it privately.
Traveland Duncan replaced my roof because there Edmonton Store sold me a 2020 Cedar Creek 5 th wheel trailer that had several roof leaks. While the trailer was in their care and control, the In command unit stopped working. Told me that it was my fault and made me pay over $2000.00 When I got the unit back, none of the holding tanks were reading on the in command unit. Brad Howes the “ in-house Counsel” agreed to fix this problem, but now has advised me, that because the wire show signs of corrosion, he wont repair. Replaced... read more
