Spoke to a wonderful woman named Wendy Berlin King at the dealership she was very welcoming listen to all our wants and needs and was not pushing us towards any sale, she wanted to make sure we got the best trailer to fit our family definitely would recommend her and traveland rv to anyone looking for a holiday trailer
Bought my first and last 5th wheel trailer from them. My mother taught me that if I have nothing good to say, don't say anything at all. That's where I am now.
If I could select a lower rating that 1 I would have. We purchased two units from Traveland RV, both at the Langley location. We live closer to Kelowna, so we get our maintenance done there. We purchased a new campervan with a fairly heafty price tag that we planned on using for work. The van was so appealing because it had the built in generator. The first time we took the van for work the generator didn't work (that was 2 years ago), so it ended up costing us extra money as we had to book hotels vs stay in the van. Trave... read more
Not Happy At All. Bought my trailer just about 1 and half years ago, had a few issues right off the bat that took forever to get fixed. Now the jack won't work. Call them to have someone come and fix and they want to charge me $180 or the service manager Kam tells me to jack it up take off some kind of bolts or something and bring it them. I stated I am 5 foot 3 and have no idea how to do what you are asking me to do. He laughed and said he is trying to help and I either pay or they will not help me!
