The agency gave us incorrect information about the beach in Iberostar Cozumel resort. The only reason we booked the vacation was because of the beach described by the agent as sandy and the water easily accessible. However it was completely not suitable for young kids and not pleasurable for adults. The beach appeared rocky and one needs water shoes to get into water. When we complained to the agent about the situation she told that she had never been there and we should have checked ourselves about the beach.
