My husband and I went to Tahiti for our honeymoon and we worked with Janine at TravelSeeker4u. She was very informative and helped us get our dream honeymoon within our reasonable budget. We were booked for 2 nights in an overwater bungalow and 5 in a garden view, and upon arrival the hotel said that Janine had requested an upgrade for us (free of charge of course), and we were able to enjoy our entire week in the overwater bungalow. As its been said there is two sides to every story. This company is not heartless. The Airlines often tell consumers they can go to their local Travel Agent to pay for tickets they have already reserved, but many Travel Agencies do not have the capabilities to provide that service, as was the case for this agency at that time, it had nothing to do with money. My mom daied and I made reservations with Swiss Air myself at 4 am when I found out I have to go. My friend allowed me to put the high cost ticket for me and my 3 yr old and 1 yr old on her credit card. Swiss air said to go to a nearby Travel Agency and they should allow me to pay for it in person when i bring my friend along with the credit card.
