Raintree Vacation Club no longer owns the resorts in this group. Customer service is now NON-EXISTENT. I was on hold for more than 30 minutes, listening to the same highly annoying single-sentence recorded message, over and over, with no information about how long the wait is and no option to receive a return call. This is not the resort program I purchased years ago. STAY AWAY AND DON'T PURCHASE A VACATION OR A TIME-SHARE FROM THIS COMPANY.
