Melody, Jen and Kylie were all fantastic in helping me get my first trailer. Melody was very honest and fair, not to mention patient with my newbie questions. When I picked it up, Jen went through all the technical items and made sure I was able to get the trailer on the hitch. It was so wonderful dealing with them. I highly recommend them!
I had a wonderful experience at Travel-Mor yesterday! It started by my wife responding to a FB Marketplace ad for a used trailer. She found Jen to be very responsive and helpful as they initially communicated by messaging. I then visited in person and Melody took the time to show me every detail about the trailer, which we decided to buy. It's reassuring that Travel-Mor has qualified techs on-site who know how to diagnose and repair any issues so we can pull away in tip-top shape - you don't get that with a private sale!
The excellent team of Jen, Kylie and Mel at Travel-Mor have been giving us consistently incredible service for 15 years. Jen has been our contact since we first became RVers in 2010. She's always been there for us, with quick, friendly, professional responses to our emails, as well as top notch service on our beloved little RV, and great advice given out with patience and expertise, every time we needed it. If we had the option of giving 10 Stars, we would!
Truly amazing experience.. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them.
