Beware ordering money online. Despite the FAQ saying "we will try to give you a mix of notes" all 3 currencies i ordered were in large denominations - that's not trying especiallywhen they were common currencies. When asked for smaller denominations they refused and stated that's what you get when you order online. Went to another branch of Travel Money Oz and they wouldn't deal with me because I did not pick up the currency from that store. Both were particularly unhelpful. I will never use them again.
Brilliant rates offered by this branch and amazing customer service. Corey gave the best guidance and was amazing during the whole exchange process. Kudos!!!!
Very bad exchange rate, almost a 25% difference between market rate and what they offered. I would suggest checking online before accepting anything.
