Lindsey Prumers and All Travel Guru did an amazing job for six of us who took a Mediterranean cruise. She helped with our airline reservations and our hotel in Barcelona before the cruise and our hotel in Venice after the cruise. Both hotels were perfect for us. She also made arrangements for someone to help us get from the cruise ship in Trieste Italy to our hotel in Venice and from the hotel in Venice to the airport in Venice. Cannot say enough positive about our experiences with All Travel Guru -- we've taken two trips with them and the service has been outstanding. We most recently worked with Leanne who had to recreate a failed itinerary from another provider. She jumped into action and quickly pulled together a customized and terrific trip through southern Italy, Sorrento and Sicily. Had such an amazing trip to Croatia and Switzerland. The hotels were all perfect and centrally located. They made sure the hotels had a crib for our baby and all the transportation went smoothly. I would happily use them again when planning our next trip abroad as they took a ton of the stress out of planning our trip!
Megan planned my trip to Switzerland based on some fairly vague ideas of what I thought might be fun to do. Based on what I asked for the only thing that could have improved was the weather which she had no control over. The trip was great and there was enough flex in the plans that even the weather didn't ruin anything. Already started formulating plans for another trip next year. Great job.
