The quality of their product is complete garbage. I have a 2022 Travel lite 800x that had a leak in the roof. They took 4 months to approve the repair. The repair leaked as well. At that point they put it on the approved shop that "repaired it" even though I still have both a warranty and an extended warranty. They will not honor it. Also they said I could have service done anywhere in the US but 99% of RV dealers refuse to work on it if you didn't buy it from them. So this is not a review of any dealer but of the manufacturer. I purchased an 800x extended stay camper . It claims R7 in the walls for insulation to extend your camping season. The camper "looks" nice but the quality of the build is horrendous. We have used the camper a total of 19 sleepovers and so far this is what we have encountered. The propane lines leaking ,I tightened them. The water lines leaking ,I fixed them. Metal shavings all throughout the camper. Terrible amount of wasted space that could have been storage. Hello I have a 22 travel light model 626 in bed camper. Last year on my cross country trip I have electric problems that caused me to loose all food in freezer and fridge and had to live out of a cooler for two weeks. This year on my cross country trip I was woken up at a campground while sleeping!!! while hooked up !! to my battery boiling over and camper full of off gasses.
