We met Marci on a trip to Greece two years ago and I discussed my desire to take a transatlantic cruise on the Cunard QM2 in the near future. Several months later I contacted Marci and her firm to begin the planning of a trip that was to celebrate my 80th birthday. She and her assistant Theresa were fabulous at putting the whole thing together. We were 1st time cruisers when we met Renae and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She planned the whole trip guiding us with everything we needed to know including the hotel the night before our trip and correct flight times for our return. Everything turned out wonderful and we had a great time!!!!
Susan is my go-to person for all of my travel needs. whether it is domestic or international she takes care of everything: air, hotel, meals, tours, entertainment. It is great to call just one person and have her handle it all. she is also great when you have to make changes on the fly. She takes care of it so that everything works. Travel is already tough enough. It is great to have her on your team. In fact, the entire Travel Leaders staff is a great resource. They work together to solve problems and get things done.
Teresa was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and helpful!! She took care of every detail for our Iceland cruise! All we did was enjoy it! It was a trip of a lifetime! I would recommend Teresa for all your travel needs!!
Renae is wonderful travel agent! She helped us navigate through different options that met our criteria for hotels, activities, dinner, etc for our honeymoon. She was also very responsive and helped us reach out to many restaurants to make sure we could eat safely due to our allergies. The trip she planned was fabulous and so easy to navigate. I would highly recommend Renae.
