Had been working with Barbara for a couple weeks on an international trip. At first, she tried to direct me to adults-only resorts even though I told her it was a family vacation with children. Then she just stopped responding to emails or phone calls. They're operating under several different agency names and don't answer calls, so I would definitely recommend against using.

Paranoia runs rampant at this travel agency. I would steer clear unless you intend to have the owner yelling at you about nonsense and breaking firecode by locking the main entrance during business hours after presenting a recently updated license. This place is trash.

Booked a Disney trip through this agency and I will never do so again! Took numerous emails just to get it booked! Didn't save any money or was given option of any perks. Took days to process my credit card, was told it was a "system problem" however my credit card company said they kept entering the CVS number wrong (up to 20 times) causing a block on our card. Was told Magic Express vouchers and Magic bands would be shipped to directly to them and they would call when arrived. Here I am, two days to our trip, no calls or e... read more
