Brian at Caveman Travel is amazing and can make miracles happen. We were in need of 30 rooms for a regional tournament in Springfield/Eugene area for Josephine County Special Olympics. It was a last minute rush, but Brian pulled through. We were able to get rooms in Eugene. The Holiday Inn Express in Roseburg was able to accommodate us on very short notice. All the athletes, volunteers, and families were very happy and we would not have been able to pull it off without Brian's help. Thank you again Caveman Travel!
I asked "Brian" a few questions via his online form. What I got back was a five word reply: No subject line, no opening greeting -- you know, like "Hi Eric"? -- No closing salutation. Plus, the main questions I was asking were not answered. Is that how you do it, "Brian"? Aren't "travel agents" supposed to be detail-oriented. First impression?: I'll think I'll pass on "Brian."
