Holly is an angel. My brother, who has a prosthetic, hasn't flown since he lost his leg. Holly helped him with flights, wheelchair assistance at every stop and car rental, answering all of our many questions and concerns. She checked in along his trip to see how everything was going. The fee for this invaluable guidance was nominal (maybe $30) and worth every cent.
What an awesome way to take in the Horicon Marsh. This is a great place for a quiet stroll, especially if you're interested in bird watching.
ASK FOR MEL CROSBY!! Everything was taken care of from beginning to end. She went above and beyond to make sure that our honeymoon was everything we wished it would be. We gave her an extensive list of requirements, including LGBTQ friendly, and she showed us resorts that only fit our specific criteria, unlike some agents where you feel they are pushing certain resorts because of kickbacks they may be receiving; not Mel! We worked with Janine (our first time working with a travel agent) to help plan our honeymoon. She was thorough in her explanations and she gave us great options within our budget. It was such an easy process and I appreciated her follow up with any changes in the flight schedule. She emailed us after our trip to see how everything went and we could not have had a better time!
