We had to cancel a trip at the last minute because of a physical emergency. The company requested a statement from our doctor plus a diagnosis from ER. A complete refund of the cost of the trip was timely.
This company will decline your claim even if you provide them with all the proof they ask for.they will look for another way to keep declining.they are selling lies and they will not pay you a penny unless you bring them to court.
