We stopped in on our Big 2019 Road Trip. Almost all the rooms are either up or down at least half a flight of stairs, which would have been a problem for my wife's knees. But they did have one two-bed ground-floor room off the lobby, which we took. That room is a bit oddly laid out, with a long hallway and no desk, but the bathroom was nice and spacious.
