When I arrived at the clinic for my first appointment the nurse was more concerned about her computer problems than with my appointment. She took several calls during the appointment and kept asking me where were we. She really couldn't answer any of my questions and just gave me information that she had printed from Google. If I could give zero stars I would. They are all about the money no matter if it will kill you. I was supposed to go to Africa in 2020 and got 1/4 dose of the yellow fever vaccine just for the one trip. I was in the emergency room within 3 hours of getting it and was in all night thinking I was going to die. The trip got cancelled due to COVID I am going now in a few weeks and you need the vaccine or an exemption. Appointment time was changed and I was not notified. I walked in, followed signs towards travel clinic, and the nurse in charge was very rude. Didn't even wait for the appointment, just walked out.
The nurse I met with was very professional and very thorough, explaining everything I needed to know for my trip. Highly recommend for anyone travelling.
