The Princess cruise line was great. The food was great. We loved the excursions we took. The whale watching tour was outstanding. We saw orcas and humpback whales. The glacier portion of the excursion was very good and picturesque. The train excursion had some great views and was a really good trip. The staff on the ship was outstanding. We have used Travel Haus on several occasions, and have always received great service and guidance. For this trip, Karen Burkholder provided us with a great recommendation for an all-inclusive adults-only resort in Jamaica! Karen took care of booking the resort, airline tickets, shuttle transfers, etc. All we had to do was show up, relax, and enjoy! We will definitely be using Travel Haus again for future trips!

NEVER AGAIN WITH Frontier airlines. If we ever go again, (after 12 OR MORE trips to 🇲🇽 Mexico) it will have to be with another airline. Frontier's system in Mexico always dampens our joy ofvthe trip. What was promised and PAID for bt Amstar did not materialize for our trip from the airport to Barcelo. I WILL not plan a trip again with either Frontier or Amstar. We are always available for a phone call.
If you want to deal with people who give you the best service and get the best deals for you, Travel Haus is for you. They have so much experience with every type of vacation you can imagine. I don't know how they do it, but my next cruise was less expensive than the posted price of the cruise line. This is my 5th planned trip with them.
