Bismark and Liz made our Punta Cana trip unforgettable! They made great recommendations on where to stay, gave us a list of activities in the area that we could do all from free activities to full all inclusive excursions, and they coordinated all the travel accommodations! Ryan was our tour guide for a 3 hour tour of Manhattan. He KNEW SO MUCH! He was considerate of our elderly guests with mobility issues and still managed to help us see a lot! He even stayed over his allotted time to answer questions we had.
