Bad service and poor communications. They may have some average deals on flight tickets but the overall experience was so bad that Id rather pay an extra \$100 and get good service. Before you buy the ticket they are friendly and diligent however after you have given your card info they dont respond to phone calls and take their own time to respond to emails.
