My daughter has been studying abroad this semester. My husband and I thought we could handle her travel arrangements through a third party site and not use a travel agent. Big mistake! Her return itinerary became a complete nightmare due to an airline strike in Europe, an issue with the 3rd party booking site, and an american airline not willing to help. Our Disney vacation was fantastic, thanks to Heather, who’s an amazing travel agent! She helped us choose the perfect resort, booked our park-hopper passes, and got us character dining reservations. Her suggestions for attractions were perfect for our kids and for my wife and me. She was always easy to reach and quick to respond, even when we had questions during our trip. Everything was handled so thoroughly and smoothly. I won’t book with anyone else. Heather is my go-to travel agent from now on!
Just received a call about my concerns about the trip. For 15000 thatsus do not send Americans there. And I had Pat Hollywood, the owner had her son called and threatened me with bodily injury. After years of booking trips myself online, I finally used a travel agent and I'm never going back. They found us deals I never would have discovered on my own and handled a flight change when our original departure got cancelled. The peace of mind alone was invaluable. Highly recommend for anyone planning a complex itinerary!
