Becky Donaldson planned a fabulous 8 day trip for our family to Ireland. Her attention to detail was 5 star. We had a private driver to tour 8 of us around the country. Our drivers personality and professionalism matched our needs perfectly. Becky did a great job with providing us with custom experiences and wonderful hotels. We made unbelievable Memories and have stories and experiences we will reflect upon for years to come
Becky was so helpful when helping me plan a trip to London + Scotland to celebrate a milestone birthday. She worked to get the best price for the trip by booking early and negotiating directly with vendors on discounts. She had really great recommendations for London too, from the hotel to afternoon teas and restaurants. My daughter has been studying abroad this semester. My husband and I thought we could handle her travel arrangements through a third party site and not use a travel agent. Big mistake! Her return itinerary became a complete nightmare due to an airline strike in Europe, an issue with the 3rd party booking site, and an american airline not willing to help. At one point, we were told the only thing we could do was to book completely different flights home for her and pay $1,500 ( more than the original round trip ticket !). The... read more
Our Disney vacation was fantastic, thanks to Heather, who’s an amazing travel agent! She helped us choose the perfect resort, booked our park-hopper passes, and got us character dining reservations. Her suggestions for attractions were perfect for our kids and for my wife and me. She was always easy to reach and quick to respond, even when we had questions during our trip. Everything was handled so thoroughly and smoothly. I won’t book with anyone else. Heather is my go-to travel agent from now on!
Just received a call about my concerns about the trip. For 15000 thatsus do not send Americans there. And I had Pat Hollywood, the owner had her son called and threatened me with bodily injury. Is this the people you wanna work for you? I think not. In the travel agent Becky, Donaldson lied lied and lied about everything. Which was amazing of the lies.
