I wanted to come and leave a review since there was so much online negativity surrounding this office. Dr Stephanie stayed late to help me get travel vaccines before my international trip. I tried to book an appt last minute to get some travel vaccines. She was leaving the next day for her own PTO. Dr Steph called me personally to ask how she could help. Dr Burrell was my PCM for a few years then I had to change because of insurance reasons. Dr Burrell is competent and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help uncover some of my health issues. She had some really great office assistance but when they left the front office help she hired became a laughing joke as they were unprofessional and acted as if they had no education or manners. Very unprofessional
I’m new to area. Found her as insurance referral. WORST EXPERIENCE and I’ve not had an appointment yet! I’ve been trying to see her for 3 WEEKS NOW and jumped through all the hoops! Came in and fill out intake paperwork - done! Asked if I could schedule appointments, no we will call you. Well, I’ve waited a week and a half! NOTHING! I want to establish with a primary care doctor here and I wanted to see her. Also, I wasn’t feeling well. No reply! Just forget about her! What a waste of 3 Weeks WAITING!
