Highly recommended. Took great care of our patient. Service was prompt and professional and the staff and nurses were amazing. Immediately made the patient at east. Friendly and caring. The team also went out of their way to help with insurance even though they did not have to. Very appreciative. Amazing customer service! God Bless You

Highly recommend! The entire process was quick and easy. They cared about our family's situation and went above and beyond to take care of everything as quickly as possible. The care coordinator managed every detail, so we could focus on our loved one being transported, and she continued to check in and oversee everything from start to finish. Ron and his team were truly amazing at our time of critical need. We unfortunately needed emergency care and transport from Mexico back to the United State. Not only did they take on the challenge of the location but did it all in the same day of contact. We are forever grateful to this team.

I endorse this company fully 100%! Unfortunately, a family member was significantly injured while vacationing in Jamaica. I called around 5pm on a Monday and spoke directly to Ron. He walked me through the process as I had never been in this situation. Needless to say, he had a flight ready the next day and my family member was brought home safely. Throughout the flight Ron was sending me updates. He is a complete Class Act!! I sincerely appreciate Travel Care Air for a spectacular job completed!! CHEERS!!!

Ron was amazing. Thanks to him my uncle made it home to Ecuador and was able to be home with family. The medical team was amazing. We are thankful to him and everyone involved. If it wasn't for them my uncle would not have made it home. After struggling with one air ambulance company to get my uncle home and it not able to happen, Ron took over and his team made it happen!
