The National Parks Trip which we booked through Travel By Lisa was just great. There were no surprises. Lisa booked our trip and advised us on everything from what to pack, how to pack, what meals would be provided, to weather conditions at our destinations. Everything was very organized and on schedule. It was thoroughly enjoyable.
My husband and I have booked many trips with Lisa and have been extremely pleased every time. We have joined her group tours twice - it is so nice to travel with her, all details are handled beforehand, but if there are any questions at all, it is great to have her there to answer quickly.
