1-Was told there were no planning fees but was sent a bill at the end. 2-During travel to cities within Italy, the luggage was not factored in and we had to pay luggage fees at the airport which was twice that If the online cost. 3-Arrived in Rome without hotel reservations. Wasted a day trying to find someplace to stay. She was sweet but had no business booking a trip to Italy
